Miso Happy Dressing

Don't worry about exact measurements. This
is great not only for salad, but also for dipping
veggies and nori wraps.

1 Tablespoon miso
1 Tablespoon tahini
2 Tablespoons almond butter
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons agave nectar
a capfull of apple cider vinegar (opt)
a pinch of garlic and ginger powder
Whisk in enough water to make it
the consistency that you want.

Soothing Spinach Soup

This is one of the best recipes ever! And since
spinach is trying to overtake my garden right now,
I am enjoying it frequently.

1/2 cup water
1/2 apple, cored and chopped
2 big handfuls of fresh spinach
a couple squirts of agave nectar
1 heaping Tablespoon raw tahini
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
a pinch of cayenne pepper
a pinch of Celtic sea salt

Blend until creamy in a blender.   Garnish with any
number of things including sunflower sprouts or
fresh cilantro. Serve with a carrot/flax flat bread
and maybe a salad.
This serves 1, so double if you are extra hungry or
are serving someone else.

Happy Hemp Chocolate
I've been throwing this together about every 3
days lately. If you eat it out of the freezer it's
almost like a Nestle Crunch Bar. Well, almost.

1 cup slightly melted coconut oil
1/2 cup ground raw cacao nibs
2 TBS. Dagoba cocoa powder
2 TBS mesquite pod meal
1 TBS vanilla
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 to 1/2 cup agave nectar
dash of cinnamon
dash of orange extract
1 tsp maca root powder
Stir it all together until smooth and pour into
a greased pie pan. Stick in the freezer and
away you go!
Komburoni and Cheese

This is my adaptation of a recipe by Brigitte Mars in her
book
'Rawsome'.
I use kombu noodles instead of sunflower sprouts, but
either way it is absolutely delicious!

In a blender, blend until smooth the following sauce
ingredients, then pour over noodles and toss.

2 cups pine or macadamia nuts (I've even used part
cashews when I don't have enough of one particular kind of
nut)
1 cup water
1/2 cup miso
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, soaked
2 tsp each cumin and tumeric
1/2 tsp sea salt
Butterscotch Pudding

1 cup dried apricots, soaked overnight
1 ripe banana
4 soaked dates
2 TBL. raw honey
1 tsp. mesquite pod meal
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond butter

Whiz all ingredients up in a food processor until
creamy and light. Pour into bowls and refrigerate. This
is one of my all time favorite desserts.

Richest Dessert

This was a great idea I found from
the gal at
Ocean Wave Vibrational
Foods

If you are someone who includes
small amounts of raw goat dairy, like
I do, you will love this dessert!
Pit as many large medjool dates as
you want for dessert and stuff with
slivers of raw goat cheddar.
Wonderful.
Now how easy is that?
